High-strength polyurethane waterproof coating for high-speed rail
High-strength polyurethane waterproof coating for high-speed rail is a kind of two-component chemical reaction type waterproof coating. The component A is an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained through polycondensation of polyether and isocyanate, and the component B is a kind of color liquid composed of reinforcing agents, plasticizers, thickeners and coagulants. When in use, the components A and B are mixed uniformly in appropriate proportion. The mixed coating is applied on the waterproof base to form a layer of high-strength extended rubber-like elastic coating film after cross linking and curing at room temperature.
- This product is a two-component chemical reaction curable waterproof material, which is environmentally friendly. The product strength can reach 6.0Mpa or higher, and the extensibility can reach 450% or more; the low temperature can be below -35℃, and a seamless and complete elastic waterproof layer can be formed after curing, especially, the high strength and extensibility has strong adaptability to cracking or expansion of the base.
- It is a cold construction waterproof coating and easy for construction; during construction, it is only needed to mix the components A and B in appropriate proportion and apply the mixture on the waterproof base;

Scope of application
It is applicable for waterproofing of high-speed railways, viaducts, highways, roofs and underground construction of civil and industrial buildings, municipal engineering, bridges, subways, dams and other projects. It is more applicable for the waterproofing of vertical and horizontal pipes with complex shapes.
